Simple rectangular pavers have been a popular choice for decades. The owners of this home wanted something sleek and cozy that would elevate their simple suburban patio into a modest gathering space for family and friends.

To achieve this, Unilock Holland Premier was chosen for the patio floor, with the Fossil color selected for the main field laid in a herringbone pattern. The interlocking design of herringbone is ideal for driveways because it resists shifting under tire pressure. Unilock Holland Premier in Dark Charcoal is used for the inset accent border which wraps around the perimeter of the space in a running bond pattern that looks bold and contemporary. Holland Premier pavers are also backed by the added strength of Unilock EnduraColor technology, a two-step manufacturing process that guarantees the pavers have a more refined surface texture than traditional thru-mix pavers, and will be more resistant to discoloration for years after installation.
