To overcome the slope, multiple levels of retaining walls were constructed using Unilock U-Cara® with an Umbriano finish in Winter Marvel. A darker accent band of Series™ in Black Granite was incorporated into the walls to harmonize with the home’s dark wood paneling. For the main paver flooring, Unilock Arcana in Modena was chosen to complement the U-Cara wall in tone and texture. The silky matte texture and unique speckled color palette of Arcana evoke the natural beauty of granite. Factory-sealed with EasyClean™ technology, Arcana pavers offer integral stain resistance for faster cleanup of spills before a stain can develop, ensuring a low-maintenance, aesthetically appealing look.
To enhance the ambiance, darker tones of Arcana in Vivanto create a distinct paver rug behind the long fire table, seamlessly integrating with the brickwork pattern of the fire feature. As a complement to the darker tones, Universal Coping in Light Grey tops all vertical features, including walls, steps, and the fire feature, providing a cohesive finish to the design.
