How are Unilock Authorized Contractors hand-picked?
Unilock rigorously vets contractors before they are accepted into the program.
- Workmanship is inspected* in progress, and three years after installation
- Business practices are reviewed and proof of insurance is required
- We check customer references before a contractor is accepted into the program
- Authorized Contractors must be re-certified each year
How are they backed by Unilock?
All Unilock Authorized Contractors offer a minimum two year guarantee on their workmanship.
We believe so strongly in the quality of the workmanship and integrity of Authorized Contractors, that should they be unable or refuse to fulfill their warranty obligations, Unilock will step in and back their warranty**.

**The Unilock Authorized Contractor Workmanship Guarantee covers major structural failures of residential installations where 100% of the product used is Unilock for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. Minor settling or aesthetic imperfections are excluded, as are issues which arise due to unknown soil or groundwater conditions beneath the prepared base.
