The owners of this expansive backyard space wanted to incorporate a flagstone paver patio, complete with pool coping and a water feature that will stand the test of time.
Unilock Beacon Hill Flagstone in Tuscany was used on the main paver floor of this expansive pool deck to help keep feet cool all summer long. Beacon Hill Flagstone pavers come in a random bundle of three sizes, providing a variety of laying pattern ideas to create your own unique paver mosaic.
Beacon Hill Flagstone benefits from the strength of EnduraColor, ensuring a more durable surface texture for years after the project is complete. This is perfect for outdoor pool decks because chemicals such as chlorine will not wear away at the surface of these pavers unlike traditional paving products. Flagstone pool coping was also incorporated around the edge of the pool with a non-slip texture and rounded edge to prevent cuts on knees or slips on the pool deck.
A darker triple-wide accent border of Copthorne pavers in Basalt surrounds the perimeter of the pool, delineating the edges while defining the space. Copthorne pavers are part of the Elegance collection, offering styles you can’t get anywhere else. The look you get is the look that will last with a variety of distinctive Reala textures and up to four times the strength of regular concrete thanks to Ultima concrete.
Adorning this expansive pool deck is an array of decorative potted plants, providing gentle touches of color. Patio lanterns line the edge of the pool invoking a warm mood in the evenings while providing ambient lighting to help guide loungers around the pool deck safely. Finally, when you want to unwind and relax by the pool with a good book, kick up your feet on one of the lounge chairs, and listen to the sounds of flowing water from the pool’s unique water feature.
