Manzer’s Landscape Design & Development, Inc. Combine Concrete Pavers and Natural Rock
Many Unilock pavers and wall units are manufactured to capture the rugged aesthetic of natural stone. This makes combining these products with accents of rock or natural stone coping simpler than ever. Even so, there are some things to bear in mind that help ensure unification between these two rich materials. As with coordinating other materials, natural stone, rock, and concrete pavers should be selected to complement or contrast one another in texture and/or color.
Manzer’s Landscape Design & Development, Inc serves the Westchester, NY, area. They frequently incorporate a combination of natural and manufactured materials in their designs. In this particular project Manzer’s Landscape Design have chosen to combine the tumbled look of Brussels Block pavers in the Limestone color variation with stone slab steps and a boulder rock arrangement, along with the smooth, rounded edges of Brussels Fullnose coping for the pool. The result is well coordinated with the sandy colored rocks providing color variation, and the stone steps offering deep textures to contrast the coping while matching in color.
Ultimately, this poolside area will sport a diving board with access provided by a set of picturesque natural stone steps that flow seamlessly from the paved area to cut through the dense vegetation and naturalistic boulder arrangement.
