By Design Landscapes, Inc. Showcases Stunning 3D Rendering for Lakewood, NJ, Project

This short video showcases a detailed 3D rendering that brings to life a landscape design concept for a seashore retreat in Lakewood, NJ. The design is the creation of By Design Landscapes, Inc., a company who specializes in both residential and professional landscaping services throughout the state.

The concept involves a complete landscape transformation which includes Unilock Porcelain Landscape Tile, a Gunite pool, bluestone coping, natural stone seating walls, and bluestone porches and steps. The front yard flyby reveals a neatly crafted softscape, complete with gently flowing flower beds filled with boxwood shrubs, hydrangeas, decorative grasses, small trees, and assorted flowering perennials, as well as a ribbon driveway which leads to a parking area in front of the double garage doors.

Between the home and the garage, a walkway in a modern cubist style leads us to the rear of the property where it opens out onto an immaculate softscape, poolscape, and backyard porch. The back porch serves as the perfect vantage point over the geometric pool design, where comfort and utility are served in the form of an outdoor kitchen and fire pit area.

Paying close attention to detail, By Design Landscapes, Inc. have included capped landscape lighting in this concept rendering. These fixtures are integrated into the plant beds to highlight the abundant foliage present in the landscape. Access is given high priority in this design with each separate area given multiple access points to one another, creating flow between the areas.
